This fusion of firsthand athletic experience and academic knowledge forms the foundation of my coaching framework.My Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science degree provides a deep understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports psychology, informed by my own experiences as a high performance athlete.
